Regeneration of Beech Tree Place in St. Nicholas Way will aim to deliver new homes while upgrading current ones.
The council has been carrying out consultations with residents and investigation work for two years.
It’s
found some of the small bedsits on the estate are not energy efficient or fully
accessible; these would be demolished.
