There's going to be more bin collections in Hounslow in the coming days, after residents missed changes to the schedule.

The council says they used social media, emails and bin hangers, but some properties and roads have had issues.

Councillor Guy Lambert says they recognise it's "particularly frustrating".

Two crews are currently assigned to remedial collections.
