Former world champion boxer David Haye has been cleared of assault.

A judge has told the 41 year-old has has no case to answer.

He'd been accused of grabbing a man by the throat and threatening to kill him during a row at London's Hammersmith Apollo last year.

Haye's told reporters he's 'very happy' with the result.
