It will be on the site of ‘The Prince of Wales,’ a Victorian pub in Summerstown, where he once busked.
His family moved to the area in the early sixties and lived round the corner in a two-bedroom prefab.
The plaque will be unveiled in September, the same month as his death in 1977 in a car accident at the age of 29.
