A healthcare assistant at St George’s Hospital in Tooting is going to be part of a photo exhibit at COP26.

Marsha Lord is one of just nine NHS workers appearing in an exhibit about making the care service carbon neutral.

St George’s says they’ve cut 23 tonnes of carbon from the patient menu, to make it net zero.

Marsha says “taking small steps such as recycling on the wards is so easy to do” and “it makes sense for us and for our patients”.
