Emergency services were called just after 8.30pm to Percival Road, taking 12 calls to the blaze.
It’s believed the fire was accidental and involved a toaster.
We’re being encouraged to check appliances are turned off and unplugged when not in use, unless they’re designed to be left on, like a fridge.
